OUR APPROACH: As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, my focus is on educating you about how your body works and how to make healthy choices. Cleansing and detoxification is a powerful way to rid your body of toxins that may be setting your body up for dis-ease. However, it is important to educate yourself before embarking on any form of cleansing or detoxification program. It's also important to customize the program based on your lifestyle and overall health.
I've spent the last 5 years immersed in learning about differentcleansing and detoxification processes, but more importantly, I'vetried them all as well. I've learned what works...and what doesn't! Icertainly have my favourite approaches, but I also recognize that there is no single approachthat works for everyone. Therefore, I have focused my attention onkeeping on top of all of the new products in the market, differentpractitioners in the arena and new approaches and theories. If what I'm doing or recommending doesn't resonate with you, I'm happyto give you some recommendations for other practitioners or productexperts who might be a better fit. My priority is your health andhelping you to find a way to incorporate solutions into your life soyou can maintain them long-term.
